8ozCavatelle pasta, cooked
1/2cButter
1cCarrots;sliced thin
1cCelery;sliced thin
1/2cChopped green onion
1/4cFlour
1tsMustard
1/2tsSalt
2cMilk
1 1/2cSharp Cheddar cheese;grated
1/2cSour Cream

Saute vegetables in butter. Add flour & seasonings. Stir till smooth. Remove from heat, add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Simmer 3 minutes. Add cheese, stir till melted. Mix with pasta and sour cream. Heat 1 minute.
